Literature Text

She’s a good girl
Always does as she’s told
Hangs on every word
Doesn’t fit their little molds

He’s handsome
Younger than the rest
Nobody respects him
But really he’s the best

She dresses modestly
But I see through the façade
A girl who’s wild and crazy
With a body just as hot

He grades unfairly sometimes
I outshine every other
They berate me to change him
But I wouldn’t want to be a bother

She has to be consumed
With thoughts of how she must
Keep hold of herself and
For me, her raging lust

He lusts for me daily
I sense at breaks in class
When he should be grading papers
He’s staring at my ass

Her lips are soft
Like cherries in the spring
And springtime always leaves
Solid wanting for a fling

His hands are rough
Like weathered horses plowing snow
Holding onto every curve
And never letting go

She’s been different lately
A fragile broken shell
I wonder what it’s like
Coming back from living hell

He wonders why I’m different
Why I’ve broken why I’m dead
But he put me in this state
Shouldn’t he be here instead?
I've finally succeeded in writing a poem that (a) isn't directly about me, (b) has a bit of a storyline, and (c) rhymes! I've been toying with the concept of a story about a student/teacher relationship for a while, and this morning I was bored in math class and decided to finally start putting it on paper.

**Edit**Thanks to the new submission process, I can put stuff into new categories again! ^^ I put this in cheap or tawdry romance because it's a student-teacher relationship, and I'd say that's a little less that conservative

**I also just realized that this is my 50th deviation! Yay, happy 50 deviations to me ^^
